Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, products must be unused, unworn, and returned in the original condition and packaging received.

Returns are eligible for an exchange, store credit, or a refund:

  • You may exchange your item for another product from our available collection. Any price difference for the new item will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • If you request a refund to your original payment method, a USD 15 restocking fee will be deducted from the final refunded amount.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide free return labels.

Order Changes & Cancellations

All standard orders are processed immediately to maintain fast and efficient shipping times. Because of this, we cannot guarantee order changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. This includes modifications to products, shipping details, or cancellation requests.

Orders placed with extended shipping timelines may still be cancelled if you contact us before shipment preparation begins. If you wish to cancel one of these orders, please contact us as soon as possible (within 1 hour).

For all other purchases, once fulfillment has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. In these cases, you will need to wait for the package to arrive and follow our return procedure.

Please note: If an incorrect shipping address was entered during checkout and we were not informed in time, we cannot guarantee address correction or successful delivery.
